The Value-DX Clinical Algorithm (part of the EU-funded Value-DX project) supports evidence-based diagnostic pathways for community-acquired respiratory tract infections (CA-ARTIs). It combines results from a diagnostic test accuracy meta-analysis with test costs and local prevalence to compute decision trees that can be re-computed for different settings and availabilities.
