TAG Minder is a terminology management system for the ontology that structures data across the Central Data Repository (CDR) of the Cohort Coordination Board. It allows researchers to browse, refine, and correct the tags — concepts, pathogens, interventions, populations, and more — that are used to annotate studies and drive automated meta-analysis workflows. Maintaining a clean, consistent ontology ensures reproducible results across living systematic reviews.
